In una pentola capiente, aggiungi il petto di pollo, la cipolla, l'aglio, le foglie di alloro e il brodo vegetale. Porta a ebollizione, poi copri e lascia cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 30-40 minuti, finché il pollo non è tenero.
