In una ciotola, mescola la salsa di soia, l'olio di sesamo, l'aglio tritato, il miele e il pepe nero fino ad ottenere una marinatura omogenea.

Taglia il controfiletto di manzo a fette sottili e mettilo in un piatto. Versa la marinatura sopra la carne, copri e lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti.

Nel frattempo, preriscalda una griglia o una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto.

Griglia le verdure (peperone, zucchina e cipollotto) per circa 4-5 minuti, girandole di tanto in tanto, finché non saranno tenere e leggermente abbrustolite. Rimuovi e metti da parte.

Nella stessa griglia, cuoci le fette di manzo marinate per 2-3 minuti per lato, fino a cottura desiderata.
