Method

Metti i peperoncini secchi in una casseruola e coprili con acqua; porta a ebollizione e lascia sobbollire per 15 minuti fino a che non si ammorbidiscono.

In un frullatore, unisci i peperoncini ammorbiditi con cipolla, aglio, cumino, origano e paprika, poi frulla fino a ottenere una crema liscia.

In una pentola a pressione, aggiungi la carne di manzo, la foglia di alloro e versa la crema di peperoncino sopra.

Aggiungi il brodo di carne e chiudi la pentola; cuoci a fuoco medio-alto per 60 minuti.
