Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e rivestire una placca con carta forno.

Tritare finemente mandorle e nocciole in un mixer fino a ottenere granuli irregolari di media grandezza (circa 2-3 minuti).

Aggiungere i semi di girasole, lino, fiocchi d'avena, sesamo e mescolare brevemente a mano con un cucchiaio per distribuire uniformemente.

In una ciotola, sbattere leggermente l'albume con miele, olio di cocco fuso, vaniglia e cannella fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa.

Versare il composto liquido negli ingredienti secchi e mescolare con cura fino a formare un impasto omogeneo e appiccicaticcio.

Con l'aiuto di due cucchiaini o una sac à poche, distribuire piccole porzioni (circa 15-20 g) sulla placca, mantenendo circa 3 cm di distanza tra loro.
