Tostate leggermente i semi di girasole in una padella antiaderente per 2-3 minuti, quindi tritateli grossolanamente con un coltello.

Sciacquate i pomodori secchi dall'olio, asciugateli carta assorbente e tagliateli in piccoli pezzetti.
