In una pentola capiente, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungere la cipolla e l'aglio e farli rosolare fino a quando sono traslucidi, per circa 5 minuti.

Aggiungere i semi di cumino e la paprika, mescolando per un minuto per liberare gli aromi.
