Ricavare il pan di Spagna light (o usarne una fetta sottile da negozio) e posizionarla sul fondo di una tortiera (Ø 20 cm) rivestita di pellicola.

In una ciotola grande, versare la ricotta magra e lavorarla con una frusta per renderla liscia e cremosa.

Aggiungere lo yogurt greco, il miele e la vanillina; mescolare energicamente fino a ottenere una crema omogenea.

Cospargere il whey protein e il cacao in polvere; incorporare con delicatezza usando una spatola.

Tritare il cioccolato fondente in frammenti piccoli (circa 5-6 mm) con un coltello e unirlo alla crema insieme a metà dei canditi.

Versare il composto sulla base di pan di Spagna, livellare la superficie con il dorso di un cucchiaio e coprire con pellicola.

Riporre in congelatore per almeno 8 ore finché il composto sia ben sodo.
