In una ciotola, sbatti i tuorli d'uovo, l'uovo intero, l'eritritolo, il whiskey, il sale e l'estratto di vaniglia fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi la farina di mandorle e mescola bene fino a formare un impasto liscio. Se l'impasto risulta appiccicoso, aggiungi un po' di farina di mandorle extra.
