Versare la panna fresca in una ciotola e montarla con le fruste elettriche fino a ottenere una texture soffice e ben incorporata, circa 3-4 minuti.

In un mortaio o con un robot da cucina ad impulsi brevi, polverizzare finemente il torrone duro fino a ottenere una sabbia croccante.
