Method

Pulire il porro eliminando le radici e le foglie esterne più scure, affettarlo finemente e lavarlo accuratamente. Tritare finemente l'aglio.

In una pentola antiaderente, scaldare l'olio a fuoco medio e rosolare il porro e l'aglio per 3-4 minuti, mescolando spesso fino a renderli traslucidi e fragranti.

Aggiungere i broccoli tagliati in cimette piccole, versare il brodo vegetale e portare a ebollizione. Abbassare il fuoco e cuocere per 25-30 minuti fino a quando i broccoli sono molto teneri.

Spegnere il fuoco e far raffreddare leggermente, quindi aggiungere il latte scremato.

Con un frullatore a immersione, frullare fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa e omogenea. Se si preferisce una crema più densa, frullare più a lungo; se più liquida, aggiungere altro brodo o latte.
