Grattugia finemente la scorza del limone in una ciotola, mescolando con lo zucchero di cocco e il sale per profumare uniformemente.

In un pentolino a fuoco medio, versa la bevanda di soia e porta quasi a ebollizione.

In una ciotola, mescola l'amido di mais, la polvere proteica e la curcuma, dilungandoli con 2 cucchiai di bevanda di soia fredda per evitare grumi.
