In una ciotola, mescolare la farina di mandorle, lo yogurt greco, il tuorlo d'uovo e un pizzico di sale fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e stendere l'impasto in uno stampo da 8 cm di diametro, creando un bordo. Cuocere per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, tritare finemente il cipollotto e farlo soffriggere in una padella con un cucchiaio d'olio extravergine per circa 2 minuti.

Aggiungere i piselli, un pizzico di sale e pepe, e cuocere per 5 minuti fino a quando non saranno teneri.

In una ciotola, mescolare la robiola light con un po' di pepe.

Una volta cotta la base, distribuire i piselli sopra, aggiungere il ripieno di robiola e completare con i cubetti di prosciutto di tacchino.

Infornare nuovamente per 5 minuti a 180°C. Servire caldo.
