Preriscalda il forno a 150°C.

In una teglia, posiziona il petto di pollo e condisci con olio, sale, pepe, rosmarino, timo e aglio.

Copri la teglia con un foglio di alluminio e cuoci in forno per circa 2 ore, finché il pollo è tenero.

Una volta cotto, lascia raffreddare per 10 minuti, poi taglia il pollo a pezzi e rimuovi eventuali ossa.
