Method

Metti a bagno i fagioli neri in acqua fredda per almeno 8 ore, poi scolali.

In una pentola capiente, aggiungi i fagioli e coprili con acqua. Porta a ebollizione e poi riduci la fiamma, lasciando sobbollire per circa 1 ora.

Nel frattempo, in una padella, scalda l'olio d'oliva e aggiungi la cipolla tritata e l'aglio schiacciato. Fai soffriggere fino a quando la cipolla diventa traslucida.

Aggiungi il pollo tagliato a pezzi, il peperoncino e i pomodori a cubetti. Condisci con paprika, sale e pepe. Cuoci per circa 15 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Una volta cotti, unisci il pollo e le verdure ai fagioli e continua la cottura per altri 30 minuti, aggiungendo acqua se necessario.

Prima di servire, guarnisci con scorza d'arancia per un tocco fresco e profumato.
