Tosta i semi d'anice in una padella asciutta a fuoco medio per 2-3 minuti fino a profumare leggermente.

Grattugia finemente la scorza di limone biologico.

In una ciotola a bagnomaria (acqua a circa 55°C), sciogli insieme l'olio di cocco e il burro d'arachidi, mescolando con un cucchiaio di legno.

Aggiungi il cacao in polvere e la scorza di limone grattugiata, mescola fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e senza grumi.

Togli dal fuoco, lascia raffreddare 2 minuti, poi incorpora le proteine in polvere, l'eritritolo, la vaniglia e il sale, mescolando bene.

Aggiungi il latte a poco a poco, mescolando fino a raggiungere una consistenza cremosa e fluida.
