Sciacqua i pomodori, taglia 4 di loro a spicchi e frullali con il cetriolo sbucciato, il peperone privato di semi, l'aglio, la cipolla, il brodo, l'aceto e le foglie di basilico fino a raggiungere una consistenza vellutata ma mantenendo lievi grumi.

Versa il gazpacho in una ciotola, aggiusta di sale e pepe, copri con pellicola e riponi in frigorifero per almeno 90 minuti.

Nel frattempo, sbuccia delicatamente i gamberi lasciando intatto il guscio della coda, elimina l'intestino dorsale con uno stuzzicadenti.

Distribuisci i gamberi su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, spennella leggermente con mezzo cucchiaio di olio extravergine, cospargili di paprica, sale e pepe.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 200 °C per 12 minuti fino a che i gamberi non diventano rosso intenso e sodi.

Lascia raffreddare i gamberi per 5 minuti.

Taglia i restanti 2 pomodori a dadini piccolissimi e distribuiscili sul fondo di 4 coppette.
