In una ciotola, sbatti l'uovo e aggiungi i cubetti di pollo. Mescola bene per ricoprire il pollo con l'uovo.

Aggiungi l'amido di mais e mescola fino a quando il pollo è ben ricoperto.

Scalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto. Aggiungi il pollo e cuoci fino a doratura su tutti i lati, circa 7-10 minuti. Rimuovi e metti da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungi l'aglio, il cipollotto, il peperoncino e lo zenzero. Cuoci per 2-3 minuti fino a quando l'aglio è dorato.
