Cuoci i noodles di shirataki seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione (circa 3 minuti), scola e taglia in pezzi più corti.

In una padella antiaderente, scalda un cucchiaio d'olio EVO a fuoco medio; aggiungi il pollo a cubetti e rosola con l'aglio tritato per circa 5-6 minuti fino a doratura.

Trasferisci il pollo in una ciotola e nello stesso tegame, salta la cipolla per 2 minuti, poi aggiungi la carota e il peperone, continuando per altri 2 minuti.
