Method

Sciacquare il riso basmati integrale, le lenticchie verdi e le lenticchie rosse; lasciarli riposare in acqua per 10 minuti, poi scolare.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio di cocco e tostare i semi di cumino e di senape fino a sprigionare il profumo (circa 1 minuto).

Aggiungere la cipolla rossa affettata e lo zenzero grattugiato; rosolare fino a quando la cipolla diventa traslucida (circa 3 minuti).
