Sciacqua la quinoa sotto acqua corrente e mettila in una pentola con 500 ml di brodo vegetale; porta a ebollizione. Riduci il fuoco e cuoci a fuoco lento per circa 15 minuti, finché il brodo non è assorbito e la quinoa è tenera.
