Method

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Taglia la melanzana a metà nel senso della lunghezza e scava la polpa, lasciando un bordo di circa 1 cm. Posiziona le metà su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e spennella con un cucchiaino d'olio. Cuoci in forno per 20 minuti.

Nel frattempo, in una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio rimasto e fai rosolare l'aglio tritato. Aggiungi il petto di pollo macinato e cuoci fino a doratura, circa 5-6 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Unisci le lenticchie cotte, la feta sbriciolata, l'origano e il timo. Mescola bene e cuoci per 3-4 minuti, aggiustando di sale e pepe.

Estrai le melanzane dal forno e riempile con il composto di pollo e lenticchie.

Rimetti in forno per altri 5-7 minuti, fino a quando le melanzane sono tenere.
