In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio e rosolare il pollo macinato fino a doratura. Aggiungere paprika, cumino, sale e pepe, mescolando bene.

In un'altra pentola, scaldare i fagioli neri fino a farli diventare cremosi. Schiacciarli leggermente con una forchetta.

Riscaldare le tortillas in una padella calda per circa 30 secondi per lato fino a renderle morbide.

Disporre le tortillas su una teglia da forno e spalmare uno strato di fagioli schiacciati su ciascuna.

Aggiungere il pollo cotto e i pomodori a cubetti.

Cospargere con il formaggio grattugiato e infornare a 180°C per circa 10-15 minuti, finché il formaggio non è fuso e dorato.
