Method

Ammollare la gelatina in acqua fredda per 5 minuti fino a quando non diventa morbida.

In un pentolino, riscaldare 50 ml di acqua a fuoco medio finché non inizia a bollire, quindi spegnere il fuoco e aggiungere la gelatina ammollata, mescolando per 1-2 minuti fino a completa dissoluzione. Lasciar raffreddare leggermente.

Tritare finemente i biscotti integrali e fonderli con l'olio di cocoa tiepido, quindi distribuire il composto sul fondo di 6 bicchierini o stampini (circa 1 cucchiaio per ognuno). Compattare leggermente e riporre in frigorifero per 15 minuti.
