In una ciotola, mescola l'amido di mais con 2 cucchiai di salsa di soia e l'olio di sesamo; aggiungi il pollo e mescola per rivestirlo bene. Lascia marinare per 10 minuti.

In un'altra ciotola, mescola la salsa hoisin, il vino di riso e il resto della salsa di soia; metti da parte.

In una padella antiaderente, scalda un cucchiaio di olio e cuoci le uova sbattute fino a ottenere una frittata, circa 3 minuti per lato. Trasferisci su un tagliere e taglia a strisce.
