Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Fodera uno stampo da 22 cm con carta da forno.

Per la base: frulla i biscotti integrali fino a ridurli in polvere, poi mescolali con il burro sciolto. Distribuisci il composto sul fondo dello stampo, compattando bene con il dorso di un cucchiaio.

In una ciotola grande, unisci la ricotta, lo yogurt greco, il miele, le uova, l'amido di mais e l'estratto di vaniglia. Mescola fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
