Inizia preparando la marinata: trita finemente lo zenzero, l'aglio e il coriandolo fresco. In una ciotola, unisci la curcuma fresca, la curcuma in polvere, il miele, la salsa di soia, l'aceto di riso, la paprika, il cumino, il sale e il pepe. Mescola bene fino a ottenere una pasta omogenea.

Taglia il filetto di maiale a cubetti di circa 3 cm e mettili in una ciotola. Versa la marinata sui cubetti di carne e massaggia con le mani per assicurarti che siano ben coperti. Copri la ciotola con della pellicola trasparente e lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 1 ora.

Prepara il grill a fuoco medio-alto, ungendo leggermente la griglia con l’olio d’oliva. Infilza i cubetti di maiale sugli spiedini, lasciando un po' di spazio tra ciascun pezzo.

Cuoci gli spiedini sulla griglia per circa 10-12 minuti, girandoli a metà cottura, fino a che la carne non risulta ben cotta e dorata all'esterno. Puoi utilizzare un termometro per carne per assicurarti che la temperatura interna raggiunga i 70°C.

Servi gli spiedini caldi, guarniti con coriandolo fresco e accompagnati da un contorno di verdure grigliate.
