Affetta 120g di petto di pollo in strisce sottili.

Prepara la marinata mescolando 2 cucchiai di salsa di soia a ridotto contenuto di sodio, mezzo cucchiaino di zenzero fresco grattugiato e un pizzico di pepe nero.

Immergi le strisce di pollo nella marinata per 5 minuti.

Riscalda 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto e cuoci il pollo per 5 minuti fino a doratura.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungi 80g di cipolla rossa affettata e 100g di peperone giallo a dadini, soffriggendo per 2 minuti.
