Method

Cuoci le patate dolci in una pentola con acqua salata fino a renderle tenere, circa 20 minuti. Scola e lascia raffreddare.

Schiaccia le patate dolci fino a ottenere una purea liscia; aggiungi lo yogurt greco, sale, pepe e peperoncino (se desiderato) fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Metti in frigorifero per 15 minuti.

In una ciotola, mescola il tonno sgocciolato, la cipolla rossa, il succo di lime, sale e pepe fino a ottenere un composto uniforme.

Rivesti una pirofila con pellicola trasparente. Stendi metà della purea di patate dolci sul fondo, poi distribuisci metà del composto di tonno.

Affetta l'avocado e disponilo sopra il tonno. Copri con un'altra metà della purea di patate dolci e termina con il restante composto di tonno.

Copri con la pellicola e riponi in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti per far solidificare.

Al momento di servire, rovescia la pirofila su un piatto da portata, rimuovi la pellicola e taglia a fette.
