In una ciotola capiente, mescola la farina di ceci, la farina integrale e le proteine in polvere setacciandole insieme per evitare grumi.

Aggiungi i semi di sesamo, i semi di cumino, la paprika, il sale e il pepe nero, mescolando bene.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 12-15 minuti, finché i poppadom non risultino croccanti e leggermente dorati ai bordi.
