Cuocere i broccoli in acqua bollente salata per 5-7 minuti, fino a renderli teneri, poi scolarli e farli raffreddare.

Frullare il basilico, l'aglio, il parmigiano, l'olio d'oliva e un pizzico di sale fino a ottenere un pesto omogeneo.

In una ciotola, sbattere le uova con lo yogurt greco, la farina di mandorle, il sale e il pepe.

Aggiungere il pesto al composto di uova e mescolare bene.

Versare il composto in una teglia antiaderente di 18 cm e distribuire i broccoli sopra.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 25 minuti, fino a doratura.
