Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Inizia tritando finemente la cipolla rossa e il prezzemolo.

In una padella antiaderente, scalda 5 g di olio e rosola la cipolla per 2 minuti. Aggiungi le zucchine tagliate a cubetti e cuoci per 5 minuti, fino a quando non sono teneri. Aggiusta di pepe e trasferisci in un piatto.

Stendi un foglio di pasta fillo su una teglia foderata con carta da forno e spennellalo leggermente con un po' d'olio.
