Method

Rimuovi la membrana dalle costine e tagliale in pezzi più piccoli se necessario. Condisci con pepe nero.

Frulla la cipolla in un mixer fino a ottenere una purea. Aggiungi kochujang, aceto di mele, aglio, olio di sesamo, salsa di soia e zenzero nella ciotola e frulla nuovamente fino a ottenere una salsa omogenea.

Massaggia 1/3 della salsa sulle costine e lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore.

Preriscalda il forno a 150°C.

Disponi le costine in una teglia e coprile con un foglio di alluminio. Cuoci in forno per circa 1 ora e 30 minuti, finché la carne non sarà tenera.

Riscalda un grill a fuoco medio-alto.

Griglia le costine per 5-6 minuti per lato, spennellando con la salsa rimanente negli ultimi 2 minuti di cottura.

Servi le costine guarnite con semi di sesamo bianco e nero.
