In una ciotola mescola il burro d'arachidi naturale (2 cucchiai), il brodo di pollo (50 ml), la salsa di soia (1 cucchiaio), la pasta di curry (1/2 cucchiaio), il succo di limone fresco (1 cucchiaio) e un pizzico di olio d'oliva.

Taglia il petto di pollo (150 g) in cubetti di 2 cm e immergilo nella marinata per 30 minuti in frigorifero.

Infila i cubetti su 2 spiedini di legno precedentemente ammollati e disponili su una griglia foderata di carta forno.

Cuoci in forno a 200°C per 12-15 minuti, girando a metà cottura.

Nel frattempo, riscalda la marinata rimasta in un piccolo tegame aggiungendo un pizzico di cipolla disidratata.
