Preriscalda il forno a 160°C e rivesti il fondo di tre tortiere da 20 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola grande, mescola la farina integrale, lo zucchero di cocco, il lievito e il sale. Metti da parte.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci l'ube grattugiato, il latte di mandorla e l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
