Affettare il daikon a spessore sottile usando una mandolina o un coltello affilato, quindi tagliarlo a julienne per ottenere noodle sottili.

Portare il brodo a ebollizione in un pentolone, aggiungere lo zenzero sbucciato e tagliato a fette sottili, la cannella e l'anice stellato.
