Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e fodera una teglia di 20x30 cm con carta da forno.

Riduci la pasta fillo in rettangoli della dimensione della teglia e stendi circa la metà dei fogli sul fondo, spennellando ogni foglio con un po' di burro fuso.

In una ciotola, mescola le noci e le mandorle tritate con il miele e la cannella, poi distribuisci uniformemente questo composto sopra i fogli di pasta fillo.

Copri il ripieno con i restanti fogli di pasta fillo, spennellando anche questi con il burro.

Taglia la superficie in rombi con un coltello affilato per facilitare il taglio dopo la cottura.

Cuoci in forno per circa 25 minuti fino a doratura.

Nel frattempo, prepara lo sciroppo: in un pentolino, porta a ebollizione l'acqua con il succo di limone e un cucchiaio di miele, poi lascia raffreddare.

Una volta cotta, versa lo sciroppo sulla baklava calda e lascia raffreddare completamente prima di servire.
