In una padella antiaderente, scaldare un cucchiaino di olio extravergine d'oliva e rosolare il petto di pollo macinato a fuoco medio-alto per circa 5 minuti. Aggiungere la cipolla rossa tritata, la salsa di soia, pepe e paprika dolce, cuocendo fino a quando la cipolla è traslucida.
