Sciacquare bene le bucce di cipolla e aglio sotto acqua fredda, rimuovendo eventuali residui di terra.

In una pentola capiente versare l'acqua e portarla a ebollizione a fuoco medio-alto.

Aggiungere le bucce di cipolla, le bucce di aglio, le foglie di alloro, i funghi porcini secchi e i grani di pepe.
