Preriscalda il forno a 160°C. In una ciotola, frulla il pane proteico integrale insieme ai shirataki ben scolati.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti l'uovo intero e l'albume con la bevanda vegetale al cocco, poi aggiungi l'eritritolo, l'estratto di vaniglia e la noce moscata.

Unisci il composto liquido al pane e ai shirataki in una pirofila piccola, quindi incorpora l'uvetta.

Cuoci in forno per circa 20 minuti, finché non risulta dorato in superficie.
