Method

Preparare la base croccante: mescolare mandorle macinate (30g), avena istantanea (15g), un tuorlo d'uovo e 5ml di olio EVO. Pressare su un piccolo stampo da muffin (diametro 7cm).

Cuocere la base a 180°C per 8 minuti finché dorata.

Nel frattempo, mescolare 80g di frutti misti (mele, fragole, mirtilli, lamponi a pezzi), 5ml di succo di limone fresco, 2g di eritritolo e 1g di amido di tapioca.

Versare il composto sulla base cotta e cuocere per ulteriori 10 minuti a 180°C.

Lasciar intiepidire 3-4 minuti prima di servire.

Completare con un cucchiaio (20g) di yogurt greco 0% dolcificato con stevia come accompagnamento.
