Asciuga il petto di pollo e condiscilo con pepe nero e un pizzico di sale.

In una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio d'oliva e rosola il pollo per 4-5 minuti per lato fino a doratura.

Rimuovi il pollo dalla padella e nella stessa, aggiungi la cipolla rossa tritata e l'aglio fresco, rosolando per 2-3 minuti.

Sfuma con la salsa di soia e l'aceto di mele, aggiungi la foglia d'alloro e mescola bene.

Rimetti il pollo in padella e aggiungi le zucchine a rondelle e le carote a julienne; copri e cuoci a fuoco medio-basso per circa 10-12 minuti.
