Method

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Asciuga i petti di pollo e condiscili con sale e pepe.

Riscalda l'olio in una padella adatta al forno a fuoco medio. Aggiungi il pollo e cuocilo per 5-6 minuti per lato, finché non è dorato. Toglilo dalla padella e mettilo da parte.
