Method

Tagliare la carne di manzo magra a cubetti di circa 1 cm, eliminando eventuali parti grasse.

Scaldare l'olio di avocado in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto e rosolare la carne per 5-6 minuti fino a doratura. Trasferire in una ciotola.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungere la cipolla rossa e il peperone giallo tritati finemente e cuocere per circa 4 minuti.

Sfumare con il brodo vegetale, poi aggiungere i pomodori pelati, il concentrato di pomodoro e le spezie (curcuma, cumino, pepe di Cayenna, aglio in polvere).

Unire la salsa piccante, la senape di Digione e la salsa di soia, mescolare bene.

Riportare la carne in padella, amalgamare e cuocere a fuoco basso per 15 minuti, coperto, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
