In una ciotola, mescola la farina integrale con 1 cucchiaino di curry in polvere e un pizzico di sale. Aggiungi l'olio e mescola fino a ottenere un composto sabbioso. Aggiungi acqua quanto basta per formare un impasto liscio e omogeneo.

Avvolgi l'impasto nella pellicola e lascialo riposare in frigorifero per 15 minuti.

Nel frattempo, in una padella antiaderente, scalda un filo d'olio e soffriggi la cipolla e il peperoncino per 2 minuti.

Aggiungi la carne macinata, il curry, la paprika, la salsa di soia, sale e pepe. Cuoci a fuoco medio per 8-10 minuti fino a doratura.

Rimuovi dal fuoco e lascia raffreddare leggermente.

Stendi l'impasto su un piano leggermente infarinato e ricava dei cerchi di circa 10 cm di diametro.

Posiziona un cucchiaio di ripieno al centro di ogni cerchio, piega a metà e sigilla i bordi con una forchetta.

Spennella la superficie con l'uovo sbattuto.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 20-25 minuti fino a doratura.
