Method

In una ciotola, monta gli albumi a neve ferma e aggiungi le proteine in polvere al cacao insieme all'eritritolo, mescolando delicatamente per non smontare gli albumi.

Stendi il composto su un foglio di carta forno, creando uno strato sottile, e cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 10 minuti, finché non risulti croccante.

Nel frattempo, in un'altra ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco con il tuorlo e il cacao amaro, ottenendo una crema liscia e vellutata.

Una volta che la cialda si è raffreddata, spezzettala in pezzi e alterna strati di cialda con la crema, creando almeno tre strati di cialda e due di crema.
