In una ciotola, unire la farina integrale, lo yogurt greco e un pizzico di sale, mescolando fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Lasciare riposare per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, scottare gli spinaci in acqua bollente per 2 minuti, scolarli e tritarli finemente.

In una ciotola, mescolare gli spinaci tritati con la ricotta, l'uovo, il parmigiano, sale e pepe.

Stendere l'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno e foderare uno stampo di 10 cm.
