Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C.

Sbucciare le patate dolci e tagliarle a cubetti. Cuocerle in acqua bollente per circa 15 minuti o finché non sono tenere, poi scolarle e schiacciarle.

In una padella, scaldare un filo d'olio e aggiungere la cipolla tritata. Cuocere a fuoco medio finché non diventa trasparente.

Aggiungere il pollo macinato alla padella e cuocere fino a doratura, circa 5-7 minuti.

Incorporare gli spinaci freschi e cuocere finché non appassiscono.

In una ciotola grande, mescolare il pollo cotto, le patate dolci schiacciate, lo yogurt greco, la noce moscata, la paprika, il sale e il pepe.
