In una ciotola grande, mescola la farina integrale, le proteine in polvere, il miele, il sale e il lievito. Aggiungi l'acqua tiepida e l'olio d'oliva.

Lascia lievitare le pagnotte nuovamente fino al raddoppio, circa 30 minuti.

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C.

Spennella la superficie delle pagnotte con un po' d'acqua e cospargi con semi di sesamo.
