Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia con carta forno.

Lava l'uva e tagliala a metà, poi mettila in un pentolino con il miele e la cannella. Cuoci a fuoco medio per 5 minuti, finché non rilascia i succhi.
