In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena con il cacao amaro e il dolcificante. Aggiungi l'acqua fredda fino a ottenere un impasto morbido e omogeneo. Lascia riposare per 10 minuti.

In un'altra ciotola, monta l'albume a neve ferma. Poi incorpora delicatamente la ricotta, lo yogurt greco, l'estratto di vaniglia e la scorza di limone.

Stendi l'impasto su un foglio di carta forno, creando un rettangolo sottile.
